השימוש בשירות מאומת (VerifAI) מהווה הסכמה מלאה לתנאים אלו. אם אינך מסכים לתנאים, אנא הימנע משימוש בשירות.

By using the VerifAI service you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

2. תיאור השירות

מאומת היא פלטפורמה לבדיקת עובדות רפואיות בתכני אינסטגרם. השירות מנתח אוטומטית טענות רפואיות בסרטוני ריאלס ומשווה אותן למחקרים מדעיים ממאגרים כגון PubMed, The Lancet ו-WHO. הניתוח מבוסס על בינה מלאכותית ואינו מהווה חוות דעת רפואית מוסמכת.

2. Description of Service

VerifAI is a medical fact-checking platform for Instagram content. The service automatically analyses medical claims in Reels and compares them against peer-reviewed research from sources such as PubMed, The Lancet, and WHO. Analyses are AI-generated and do not constitute qualified medical advice.

3. הצהרת אי-אחריות רפואית

התוצאות המוצגות אינן מהוות ייעוץ רפואי ואינן תחליף לאבחון, טיפול או המלצה של רופא מוסמך.

VerifAI אינה אחראית לנזק כלשהו הנובע מהסתמכות על הניתוחים המוצגים. יש להתייעץ תמיד עם איש מקצוע רפואי לפני קבלת החלטות בריאותיות.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Results displayed do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations from a licensed physician.

VerifAI is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on the analyses presented. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

4. שימוש מותר

מותר להשתמש בשירות למטרות אישיות, חינוכיות ומחקריות בלבד.

אסור:

  • לנצל את השירות לצרכים מסחריים ללא אישור מפורש.
  • לשלוח בקשות אוטומטיות (scraping/bots).
  • לנסות לעקוף מגבלות קצב (rate limiting) או אמצעי אבטחה.
  • להפיץ תוצאות הניתוח ללא ציון מקור.

4. Acceptable Use

The service may be used for personal, educational, and research purposes only.

Prohibited activities:

  • Commercial exploitation without explicit permission.
  • Automated scraping or bot traffic.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures.
  • Distributing analysis results without attribution.

5. קניין רוחני

כל הזכויות על הפלטפורמה, עיצובה, הלוגו ומתודולוגיית הניתוח שמורות ל-VerifAI. תוכן הסרטונים שייך ליוצריהם בהתאם לתנאי שימוש של אינסטגרם. ציטוט ממחקרים אקדמיים מוצג לצורכי ביקורת מדעית בלבד.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, its design, logo, and analysis methodology are reserved by VerifAI. Video content belongs to its creators under Instagram's terms of service. Academic citations are presented for scientific criticism purposes only.

6. זמינות השירות

אנו שואפים לזמינות מרבית אך אין אנו מתחייבים לרציפות מלאה של השירות. VerifAI רשאית להשהות, לשנות או להפסיק את השירות בכל עת ללא הודעה מוקדמת.

6. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VerifAI reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

VerifAI רשאית לעדכן תנאים אלו בכל עת. המשך השימוש בשירות לאחר עדכון התנאים מהווה הסכמה לגרסה המעודכנת.

8. דין חל

תנאים אלו כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל סכסוך יידון בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli courts.
